Yes, all orders include complimentary disposables (plates, napkins, cutlery & serving utensils)
With our commitment to stay environmentally friendly, these can be removed upon request.
We also offer biodegradable options at an additional cost.
All of our food orders are ready to serve! We can offer cold meals upon request, with reheating instructions. This is suggested for Holiday meals, and for pickup orders.
Yes - our tastings start at $50/per person (depending on menu)

The earlier the better! Our orders are based upon availability. If we are available, we can take orders as late as the day prior. For Holiday season, weekend and special events we do suggest a minimum of 1 week notice, as availability is limited during these times.
Drop-off includes delivery of all ordered items hot and ready to serve.
Full-service would include Buffet setup (table, linen, chafers, décor, and teardown)
The full-service cost will not include any cleaning or maintaining of event space.
For this, we offer bartenders and servers at an additional rate.
All orders can be modified up until 96 hours prior to scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate changes after the cut-off date, however we are unable to guarantee them.
December orders have a 1 week cut-off date for changes.
We accept all major credit cards, EFT, certified cheque & E-transfer

All orders are not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
For all orders under $3000 a 25% deposit is required.
For all over $3000 a 50% deposit is required.
For all pickup orders a 50% deposit is required.
Final payment is due within 5 business days after the event.
E-transfer payments must be paid in full, prior to event.
Regular Season
7 days prior to event - Full refund of deposit
4-7 days prior - No refund of deposit, can reschedule event (based upon availability)
Holiday Weekends & December
30 days prior to event - Full refund of deposit
15-29 days prior to event - 50% refund of deposit
8-14 days prior to event - 25% refund of deposit
7 days or less prior to event - No refund of deposit
